Called about getting a couple of pinhole leaks repaired, Bill told me hourly labor is $165. Chris the plumber comes out, I tell him where the leaks are, and he fixes them. He is here for one hour, but charges us for 1.75 hours. He explains that they charge for time from the last job. Seems rather odd, but I pay anyway (my mistake). I call Bill later and complain about being charged 3/4 hour x $165, and he agrees to send a refund check. No check comes, so we call back, and again he says he will send a check. Weeks now, still no check. So, if you do use this plumbing service, I recommend you get
