The pandemic affected the schedule of our extensive home renovations with Tingen Remodeling, including delivery of appliances and employee safety. But the builder worked well to navigate these issues and performed excellent work. The costs were well tracked in person and online, and much more reasonable than quoted from another high profile contractor. Additions to initial remodeling plans were seamlessly incorporate at very fair costs. Tingen remodeling just finished our project and we couldn't be more pleased with the process as well as the final results. We had a great experience with Tingen Remodeling on a full kitchen and master bath remodel, along with some flooring, painting, and custom shelving work. Will provided a detailed competitive estimate and followed through with a solid project. We stayed on schedule despite the occasional surprise that comes with remodeling a 1950s house. When asking around for recommendations for a builder to finish our attic, we had several people mention Will Tingen. From our first meeting, we knew we had found the right person. Will was always very prompt when communicating with us and he had a lot of creative suggestions, giving us the pros and cons of each so that we could choose. He was respectful of our time and minimized the disruption and general mess that comes with a project like this one. We had both our Master Bath and Kitchen remodeled with Tingen Remodeling. Will and his team were very professional and the results look amazing. The project took longer than I anticipated but Will made sure that everything was just right at the end. The project was also more costly that we originally thought but it turned out beautifully. Part of the extra expense was due to choosing more expensive appliances, etc. I would use Tingen again but I would make sure that the quote was completely reflective of the vision that I had for the space.

We called Will Tingen in Raleigh, NC to request a bid on a project to renovate our first floor master bathroom and half bath after we discovered extensive water damage from a leak under the shower. He got back to us immediately after our initial contact with him. He came to our home and inspected the damage and determined the scope of the project. He crawled under our home, took pictures of the water damage, and emailed them to us.
