When I had ground water backing up my septic they were very responsive to come pump my tank and replace the dead pump. Of course a new pump does not solve ground water getting into your septic so more repairs were needed. Fast forward 4 months when the water table had lowered, I made another appointment with them to repair my septic tank. As recommended by the company, I dug up my tank. I even called them THE DAY BEFORE and reminded them what's going on and why they are coming out. The day of the appointment nobody shows, I give them the whole day. I call the next day and talk to somebody who said

Provided instant service for our job site toilet delivery. The local company I used to use out of Shelton for the past 10 years sold out to a corporate competitor and I was on hold for 15 minutes the first time I tried to call them. Ended up talking to someone in California. I prefer local businesses.

They inspected the septic system of the home I bought and did not fill out form completely. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after I speaking to them on the phone and asked them to inspect the home I was selling. Big Mistake. Their office staff asked me if it needed to be dug out I said yes. They scheduled for a Friday and said I needed to be onsite. I took day off waited all day. They showed up at 3:30 pm and a frustrated employee/ owner called me. He proceeded to tell me I did not need to be there so basically missed a whole day of work to accommodate them. On behalf of my parents as well as many other family members and friends I would give this company zero stars if possible. They will charge overinflated prices and have absolutely no explanation as to where these charges are coming from! The job will be incomplete in comparison to what was agreed upon initially. They will give you a "rough estimate" as far as pricing without a trace of a paper trail, just to be sure they can screw you over in the end! I would definitely not recommend this company to anybody, there are plenty of other businesses in the harbor that are trustworthy and reliable.
