Great to work with - Alex was very professional, as was the entire team. It was a relief to realize we could trust them to work well with the insurance company and manage every aspect of getting the job done in a timely manner. We live on the North side of Appleton and got a storm with sharp hail the size of my hand!
The next week, we met with Christian and Anthony who walked us through every step of the insurance claim process and got us a new, beautiful roof!!
Their whole team was professional, friendly and went the extra mile to answer all of our questions.
The 2 days of installation were flawless. Our roof has lots of different levels, corners and even a turret with steep angles. Not a problem!!

Adam assisted us with a roof replacement due to hail storm. We have a large roof and they did the entire job in a day. They did such a neat job and cleaned everything up. Our roof sustained major hail damage that required complete replacement of the 7036 SF roofing material. We needed the job completed this year and our Durashield rep, ADAM DIORIO, did a great job in getting everything together. Our insurance carrier, ACUITY MUTUAL and their Sr. Claims rep, KYLE BIRCHBAUER, acted quickly. Adam brought a 10 man crew together and the job was completed in just over one day. We couldn’t be more satisfied with the cooperation and quality of the several organizations involved.

We interviewed and got quotes from several roofing companies before selecting Durashiled for our roofing project. They were not the lowest bid but we felt that they were the best choice for our home roofing project. Alex was very knowledgeable about roofing materials and the explaining the process of our project. His customer service was what sold us on Durashield. He stopped by several times with different samples and even put a few shingles on our roof to help us select the color. While the job was going on the job supervisor made sure everything went great and that the clean up was acceptable

Durashield has replaced 3 roofs for us in the past 5 years. Our personal home and a few investment properties. All projects from Start to Finished were handled in a very professional manner.
