I had an infestation of flies. I stopped counting after I killed about 20. Scott gave me so much advice over the phone and he had even more suggestions when he came to my house. He was professional, honest and very informative. I will definitely be calling him if I ever have other bug problems.

This guy, Scott, definitely knows what he is talking about. Asked me tons of questions on the phone and diagnosed the problem without having to come over and provide an expensive treatment. He also provided a simple solution and green, healthy alternatives. Such professional, honest service providers are not easy to find. Call him, you will not be disappointed.

Scott has helped us with both of our homes over the past 5 years or so. I'm happy that he has a business that provides a safer alternative to traditional pest control. I have 2 cats and I don't want to add chemicals to my home.
His approach on pest control for your home is focused on behaviors and other fixes that focus on keeping the bugs out so that they don't get into your home (which means you don't need chemicals. :) When that isn't the solution, he's provided treatment for ants in the backyard and in the house which worked so no more ants.

Scott was at my house today and I found him to be extremely knowledgable, not only for a solution but also for prevention. He inspected the inside and outside of my home and educated me on how to fix things that would prevent pests from wanting to live around my house and from gaining entry into my house. I have a list of 15 things to do and he suggested fixing them before using his services to prevent the problem from continuing. I'd like to begin by saying I had previously intended to write a positive review for this company. The owner came to my house the day I requested service and is clearly passionate about his product and pest control. The home inspection the owner took on was extremely thorough, and almost over the top. This is not a company that quickly takes care of your problem, but one that spends hours inspecting your home and insisting you take improvement notes. Had a wonderful experience with this company! If it wasn't for the extremely thorough home inspection I wouldn't have found out that I had a leak on the side of my house. They went through my entire front and back yard to assess ways I can prevent pests at no profit or extra revenue for them. This company is honest, professional, and they want to educate the consumer about what preventative measures the consumer can take. 5 stars!

Honesty, integrity and respect for the consumer. Something most companies cannot genuinely say anymore these days. I called this morning and talked to Scott and told him that I wanted him to come spray my yard and house due to seeing a few too many eight legged creatures lately. Not only did he tell me the honest truth which was that unfortunately, spraying does nothing to get rid of spiders, he gave me some other valuable tips and facts that I never knew. I just called to ask whether he can do termites in the Florence area. He doesn't come to the area, and doesn't do termites, and said he didn't know any other company in the area who might. But was so friendly about his response, and trying to be helpful, I just thought I should give him a good review. :-)

WOW, Scott knows what he is doing and very helpful on talking too you. Took time when he call me back to do things and to give me tips on things I could do to make sure I have a problem. I can respect that he doesn't want to take people's money. When he arrived walk me around my house and swept any spider webs , swept and even when webs weren't in sight. He has my business.....

Scott, the owner, is very knowledgable and takes the time to address the sources of the problem, ensure you understand what he's looking for, and then takes a low impact approach to addressing any infestations.

Other companies never took the time to explain what agents they were using, how they worked, and they're toxicity. We have animals and children and seek a no poison approach.
