The technician would just show up and not give me a window after the office called the previous day so the exterior would only be done since I was not home. I just finally had enough of Gecko! I've overlooked the fact that the office and the techs are not on the same page and blame each other for any problems. I've overlooked the last minute notifications they were coming or that the tech had to cancel and we couldn't be rescheduled again until a month later. There are many things I have overlooked but this time on our day to have service, we get notified that we are past due by 3 services for payments. What?!!!! I honestly thought I have paid them but apparently since they decided to go paperless and not send me a bill, it slipped

I see that most people gave them five stars, perhaps it is because of the person who does the actual pest control? my person is terrible. Sprayed in wrong place, cat got sick. Doesn't ring the door bell, just sprays front yard and leave a bill on my door. I am home, why are you not ringing the door bell?

They do come regularly, I will give them that. They won't miss a chance to charge you. However, today the guy didn't even come to do in the house which was what our bi-monthly contract states and they still made me pay the full $72. We live on six acres on the outskirts of town so bugs and critters are known to hang around but I've been asking them to get rid of spiders for almost a year now. As a customer for over 10 years, who has used Gecko at multiple locations, I am absolutely delighted with the service I've received - monthly/semi-monthly pest control, "critter" traps, yearly termite warranties, and termite remediation. Our next door neighbor had termite treatment when she moved into her new home last year. We took their business card at that time and kept it for the future. Well, we had some rotten wood around a door frame. Called in a carpenter and he said it was a sign of terminates. So a new project had reared its ugly head. Homeowners woes. Now to start screening pest management companies. Keeping my neighbors termite man in back of my mind. Checking BBB, yelp, and Angie's list. We did have another pest company come out that had rated well on yelp. But there was no review for termite treatments
