A-Ok Termite and Pest was fumigating a duplex I manage, and completely mishandled the situation. This was a complete infestation of bed bugs and they suggested many things that were not going to help elevate this bed bug issue. They were rude, uninformed and did not wish to continue helping us, the clients, without further compensation despite their repeated efforts with low quality bed bug products and bug bombs which are a completely ineffective for treating bed bugs. This company does not care about finishing jobs they have started or about keeping their clients happy they only are interested

A-OK is A+ Service! We have been clients for a few years now for pest control and termite spot treatments. Reasonable prices, no contracts and great results are the best features. The staff is friendly and scheduling is a breeze. The technicians are quick, considerate of pets and offer excellent education on all of the critters you will encounter in the desert SW. I recommend you give them a call and try them out - again, no contracts!

My first appointment went well and I was impressed with the company, but each consecutive time I've scheduled has been quite awful. There was a monsoon that rained us out (not A-OKs fault, of course) so we rescheduled for the following weekend from 12-2. I got a call at 1:55 saying they wouldn't be able to come today because their car broke down. I anticipate that they knew prior to 1:55 that they would have to cancel and/or be late, I would've appreciated an immediate notification to plan my day.

A-OK has always handled all my pest problems with such professionalism. I loved how appointments could always been accommodated to fit my scheduling needs. And A-OK was always very understanding if I ever forgot I had an appointment. Follow up appointments were always well received when ants kept returning to my house. And A-OK was able to treat the termites that started eating my garage and gave me a warranty when I sold my Tucson House. I MISS YOU GUYS!
