I have contracted with many janitorial firms throughout my career but NEIC is by far the best. Not only are the employees reliable, dependable and trustworthy the communication is flawless. Whenever I have any questions or wish to schedule a carpet, floor or window washing job I don't receive an email back within a day or two - the owner responds within minutes! It's a truly professional operation and if you need office cleaning or a full scale janitorial service there is no better on the North Shore. NEIC is the best!!
