Doug York at Hometown Quality Construction provided exceptional professional services on our complete condominium remodel. He is the most honest professional you could possibly find and he is fantastic work with. Doug and his team went over and beyond in working with our Condo HOA managemnt company and the local county permitting office. The outcome of our project exceeded our expectations and turned out absolutely beautiful. We purchased this Condo as a "Flip" and sold it for signficantly more than we originally planned. HQC opened up a wall between the kitchen and living room.
New kitchen, new flooring throughout, removed popcorn w/new knockdown finish & new lighting.
Doug worked within budget and finished quickly. We love the new space.
His team were great to work with and we can't wait to move on to the next project with them.

SCAM ARTIST AT THE FINEST! By all means WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Lies from the start yet claims to be a Christian, sad to say the least. Doug never signed our contract, took our $800 deposit stating the job could be completed per our request only to come back after cashing our deposit check to tell us it wasn't possible to build as requested. Only after contacting our attorney, we did receive a partial $400 refund. We ended up paying $400 for what Doug called a "sketch" (see attached) which he copied from our initial drawing. Doug refused to provide itemized details of what we paid $400

We could not be happier with our new bed and bath addition built by Doug York of Hometown Quality Construction. Doug was attentive and had quick responses to all our questions and concerns. He has a great team that really cares about what they do. Our addition was completed on budget and on time . We highly recommend Hometown Quality Construction and Doug York.
