My garage door spring failed after 22 years of operation. This is an acceptable replacement interval, and I can't find anything that suggests it's abnormal, so I'm confused why the people from this company are so insistent on upgrading to a double-spring setup instead of doing the work that I asked for.
I didn't ask for an explanation of the theory behind garage door operation. I asked for a spring replacement, and that was more than this company could handle in the 3 appointments made over the course of 5 days.

Owner explained fully problem of old garage door and explained details of prospective new door- he was very safety conscious about old door and showed why door was no longer safe/ and all staff involved with this issue were polite- not pushy- efficient and knowledgeable of this project. I've never, ever experienced such a professional company as this one. They gave a courtesy call to advise they were going to be a few minutes late. Literally just 10 minutes behind schedule. They explained everything in detail. Job was completed in a timely manner. They even replaced a door handle I took off at no extra charge. They were very polite and observed covid protocols. Best of all, no pushy sales tactics and they seemed genuinely concerned about my safety and well being..Thank you for coming out on such short notice. I truly appreciate you coming out on New Years Eve day to help us out

These guys were great. Initially I have to say I was thinking I had to replace my garage door and they said no it’s just a simple fix. They fixed it quickly on a Saturday morning!!! I asked them questions about possibly upgrading my garage door to a metal overlay door and they gave me tons of information just off the top of their heads. I’m thankful they fixed our door, and will be contacting them soon for our door upgrade! Highly recommended!!
