Jake, from A-Authentic came out this morning and did a check on the health of our garage door. I had purchased a rubber seal for he bottom of the door from Home Depot however, Jake informed me that I have a door (I don't remember the name...) the is brand specific and I must get a seal directly from them. After inspecting the existing seal he indicated that the seal there was in good shape and did not need to be replaced. He did note the door model in his system so that when a replacement is needed, he would bring one with him. He then went through my part of the maintenance process which is to

Raymond replaced my opener for the price quoted. He was very prompt, professional, and courteous, as was his wife who made the appointment for me.
