I am very happy and satisfied with the cleaning of my upholstery. I have two French Bull dogs and one of them fee. The smell was terrible. Also, my sofa was dirty with a foul order. Now, thanks to Ocean Chem-Dry my couches look like new and now my dogs are not allowed near my couches. :)

Excellent service and cleaning from Edwin at Ocean Chem-Dry! They were able to come the same day to clean up a water spill as well as clean two other rooms. Edwin was super courteous and explained their environmentally friendly cleaning process/solutions. This is the cleanest I've ever seen my carpets! Beyond satisfied!! Thanks Edwin!

Saw great reviews for this on a local facebook group. For the first time in forever, my carpet is not a soppy wet mess after cleaning. Also had my sofa and cushions done, and EDWIN spent over an hour doing it meticulously (believe me, other services sometimes just kind of blast through furniture requests). Price was very competitive and they showed up on time. What more can you ask for?

I am very unhappy with the service because they advertise specifically that they specialize in pet odors and stains. I had pet urine odor on my couch and chair and paid $228 for a " special treatment" that was supposed to illuminate the stain and odor. However, it only Made it worse! Even weeks later it was such a strong smell of chemicals and urine that I could not be in my own living room. I called and they came out and retreated it to no avail. The gentleman who came out to my house both times was very nice and I believe he did a good job on his end. But the company owner gives false

Made an appointment a week ago for today and was given a schedule of 12 noon to 1pm. Edwin came at 2:30ish what Alonzo has promised.
I expected to pay $82 based on the coupon at bestbuyguide but after assessment of my carpet I was told I have to add $45 for spot removal.
Disappointed of course but I had to do it. My disappointment was understood by Edwin & he seems to be apologetic.
Day after Alonzo asked about their service, and I told him about the additional charge & he did his best to refund the amount... even personally went to my place!

I want to thank Edwin for teaching me the different methods of cleaning your carpet. By using chem-dry is does make a difference how you clean your carpet cause is better for the environment and safer for your family and if you have pets. Plus just in a couple of hours my carpet was completely dry except for a few spots but no big deal. Plus I got a great deal so thanks again. So when is time to clean my carpet again I know who to call.

Edwin did an amazing job on my carpet! He was very professional, very approachable and didn't try to "up sell" me on services that I did not need or want. His work was very thorough and detailed. As suggested, I waited for 2 hours and came back to a dry carpet that a week later still smells clean! Pricing was done online which was fair and reasonable. When it comes time for my carpet to be done again, Ocean Chem-Dry will be my one and only call!

These guys are awesome and fast. I was able to schedule an appointment to get my home carpets cleaned last minute and they were able to accommodate the next day. I love the fact that they use environmentally friendly products to clean the carpets and the best part is the carpets dried quickly! I also had Ocean Chem Dry clean my office and the carpets turned out great too. I highly recommend Ocean Chem Dry!

This is the second time I've used Ocean Chem-Dry. They are easy to reach, do a great job at a very good price. Edwing, a great technician and co-owner is very punctual, pleasant and does a great job. He moved all the furniture and cleaned every inch of the main room plus 3 area rugs. I think the price is very reasonable and I will definitely call again. I highly recommend them. They're great!

(1) They are environmentally friendly. I have 2 dogs and so it matters to me that what is being used is non-toxic.
(2) They are able to get out some major puppy stains!
(3) The guys are super courteous and actually remember you - it's rare to have that personal touch nowadays so that always makes a positive difference for me.
I've always never had any issue booking them just a couple days before I need them to come out. They

I called ChemDry after receiving a money mailer to do 3 rooms for $76. While I saw other places advertising for cheaper, they had terrible reviews. Plus Ocean Chem-Dry advertised the carpets would be dry in 1-2 hours. I was worried it would be a bait-and-switch operation or they would hard sell you additional spot cleaning.
