Ed from Plumbing Solutions is professional and easy to work with. He has had to help me with 2 separate emergency-ish plumbing issues the past 2 years. He is very clear about the quote and set the expectations well.
I will definitely keep using Plumbing Solutions - hopefully for proactive reasons in the future. But I'm at a peace of mind that I can contact them with reactive or emergency situations.

Armando and his associate showed up early after confirming with me that I was home. They were professional. They both had masks on and put on booties before entering my residence. They were in and out within 10 min and helped me for the next time my drain clogs as it can be costly to hire plumbers to unclog them. I appreciate this business and the service they provided!!!!! I would definitely use again!

I guess if you cancel once and try to get their business they just kill you as a customer. I called for a second time because I had to cancel before, they said they'll be at my house that same day 2-5pm. They never came and I thought I kissed heard and waited till the next day. Still no show. I called them and they we're supposedly closed Friday which was the day I called until Monday.
What a crap load of poor service. They seem to do a good job when they actually show up but they should fire who makes the appointments. If it's the owner, step down!

Adding to the chorus of great reviews for Plumbing Solutions, we have had an amazing experience with these folks! We bought a house that needed some work from the get go, so we have had plenty of experience with Plumbing Solutions replacing cracked pipes (kitchen sink and two toilets), replacing wax seals, redoing piping under our sink, replacing an outdoor faucet, and probably other items as well that I am forgetting. Each time the scheduling was super fast, and we had Ed and Armando out who did impressive work is some difficult and tight spaces. I have come to expect very professional and excellent

We had an emergency when my husband decided to cut through an old pipe and water started pouring out. He shut off all the water to the house and it was still coming out! We had to have EBMUD come out to turn the water off, get the pipe fixed, in order to have our water turned back on again. This was the first place I called and they were so responsive I was so relieved! They sent someone out immediately and they ended up arriving right around the same time the EBMUD guy came. Long story short they fixed our problems and was a life saver! Did we pay a premium for it? I think so, but we needed someone

We were very satisfied with the service we received. Jacob was very professional, efficient, reliable, and clean on the job. On top of that, he was also very friendly and provided helpful suggestions on things to look out for. We also asked Jacob if he could also replace the kitchen faucet, and he was able to re-quote us very quickly and perform the work on the spot. He was able to complete the job fix our broken water supply line (to the dishwasher) and replace the kitchen faucet in a little less than 2 hours. Most of all, our kitchen was very clean after the job was completed.

These guys are awesome! I had a semi emergency leak right before a 2 week vacation. I called a bunch of companies and they were one of the few that could come out the next day. Jacob came out and had the leak fixed under the house in less than 2 hours. Very professional and clean.
They showed me pictures of the rest of the pipes under the house and I agreed with them that they probably wouldn't last longer considering one pipe already busted on its own. They were able to come out the next day with about 4 guys and replaced all of the pipes under the house in almost a full day.

Amazing service! We came home last night and had a water bubble in our wall. I messaged Plumbing Solutions and they got me in right away the next day. They showed up early and Armando and Andres assessed the issue immediately. They had to cut our dry wall to find the leak and they did it in such a clean and professional way. They found and fixed our leak at a great price and cleaned everything up. Wonderful skilled young men! I highly recommend!
