So I called them for ventilation on the water heater guy came out fix it, call the gas company they say it's not fixed probably and can't light the water heater,so I called BHI explained to them they had someone out within 20 minutes and the guy was able to light the water heater explained better then the gas company sad. Thank you for great customer service.

Very Happy with BHI . Justin and Cody responded right away. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I had a lot of questions and Justin and Cody were very thorough in explaining the existing problems with old water heater and all the questions I had about a new water heater they were very thorough in their job Justin and Cody went the extra mile and went into the attic and on top of the roof to make sure the exhaust vent was all working correctly because we had a carbon dioxide issue with the old one very happy with these guys and I would recommend BHI Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

Cynthia was very friendly on the phone when discussing the issue of a problem with a leaky gas valve going into the fireplace. She sent Leo out within a couple of hours and he fixed it right away. Very quick, clean and professional. So happy we can enjoy it all through the holidays. I will definitely use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

I had a number of nuisance plumbing problems which needed repairing. I was able to get an appointment quickly. All the steps of the repairs were explained prior to starting and when the jobs were completed, the plumber showed photos of all the work done. I have never seen such thoroughness .... Ever! I'm certain that this company will be my ongoing resource for plumbing and also heating and AC as they do those as well

Up here in Crestline it is hard to find contractors that show up, do what they say they will do, are reasonably priced and are professional. This company is the whole package- from their phone service to their in person service- I would recommend in a heartbeat!

I had a Leak under my kitchen sink and I went to my neighbor and asked him if he had any recommendations of a good plumber. He recommended BHI because they had reasonable prices and were very professional. Needless to say I went with his recommendation and I’m glad I did. Christian, arrived right on time and he was able to work with pricing to get my issue resolved. He was very Professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I will definitely use BHI Plumbing for my Plumbing needs.

Leo and Keith did an amazing job, they removed my old sink and installed a new one for me and put in new drain pipes, they also reinstalled my RO system and garbage disposal. They also fixed my leaking toilet. Totally satisfied with their speedy and professional service.

We needed new ducting and a whole new AC and heater system upgrade and went with BHI. We had the best and greatest experience with these guys! Adam our contractor was awesome, very friendly and professional. Gave us a run down of what needed to be done, cost and was overall great. Edgar our technician and his installer Chris were just as awesome. Edgar did a beautiful job with our heater and AC. Justin & Dave showed up , thoroughly explained what was needed and why (most importantly ) .
Estimate was given with no pressure and explained warranty on the parts and labor . They had replaced my leaking water heater within a couple of hours . Solid team work from justin and Dave. Giving credit where it's due

Its so difficult to find good companies out there who are knowledgeable and fix the problems right away. Well, thankfully thats BHI. I found them when my hot water heater busted and ruined my garage and they helped me through that problem with the insurance company without a hitch. My last 2 issues were AC related and the are so responisive and accurate. Leo has been our tech the last 2 times and we are so happy to have resolved issues within hours of our calls which usually happen late at night. The office staff is very polite, friendly and professional as well. Thank you BHI for taking care of
