We have had a terrible experience with your company. We have paid thousands of dollars to have our entire house refloored. The installation process of our wood flooring and stairs was to begin on November 8, 2021, and was scheduled to be completed on November 19, 2021. The carpeting was scheduled to be installed on November 22, 2021. We were told two weeks was plenty of time to get the job completed.

Great place to shop! We actually needed some carpet for a sensory room for our agency that serves people with developmental disabilities. If you are getting carpet in Cincinnati go to McSwains on Beechmont and ask to work with Mr. Lee Jones. I was in the store to look at samples ONLY as we are building a home out of state and cannot purchase from McSwain. Mr. Jones went above and beyond a the while knowing I would not be purchasing from McSwain. He not only showed me the samples I wanted to see, but look up pricing allowing me to compare, and made some recommendations for alternative options. He also helped me learn more about carpets to understand various materials and the impact on wear. Mr. Jones was upfront, honest, and respectful

I highly recommend McSwain Carpets & Floors on Beechmont Avenue. If you visit this store be sure to ask for Lee Jones. He did a fantastic job working with me on area rugs. He made the the process very simple and answered all questions I had. It was the best experience I have had at any flooring store.

My husband and I had finally made the “daunting” decision to replace the flooring in our entire home. We purchased carpet as well as vinyl flooring. I made so many trips to McSwain, struggling to make a decision. Lee was there for us every step of the way😊! He was INCREDIBLY patient with my repeated visits, helping to patiently carry sample after sample to my car.
