E-Z Moving had great service from the person who took my call & gave me quotes to the 3 guys who did the moving. The price was good. The service was on time friendly & very careful with my things. I had the pleasure of using EZ Moving Services a few weeks ago. I’ve been too busy to leave a review before now. My friend/neighbor moved a month before me and she highly recommended this company so I thought it best to use them also. My workers were Jermaine, Antonio and Larry W. Well let me tell you, they were just wonderful. They totally emptied my house and shed in record time, even taking furniture apart that I hadn’t. On the way to my new location they stopped for a quick lunch then back to work. Besides moving everything in and reassembling furniture they also carried in two BIG boxes

This was my third move in three years. My experience by far was the best with EZ Movers. Two guys showed up and they had moved our items from a second floor apartment to the truck in 20 minutes. Everything was handled with care and respect. Everything was wrapped in pads and plastic. I highly recommend using EZ Movers.

Worst move ever.
This is the second time I used EZ Moving Service. It’s worth mentioning that my first move was from one townhouse to another townhouse.
First time I used EZ Moving Service the move took 5 hours from start to finish and I was satisfied. The three guys on the crew were fast and efficient. They did lose one of the legs of my recliner but they were able to find it. So overall it was a positive experience.
This second time the move took way too much time.

First off I must say that our movers were very polite and very patient. I definitely will give that to them BUT, I must say that I would never recommend or use them again after that way they delivered and place all of our things basically in our living room and front room. Also The truck must have a leak in it bc some of our furniture is destroyed. Our dining table, although wrapped in protective blanket is now warped ok the surface and very damaged. Our couch has water mark stains throughout the whole piece. Our rugs were placed in our home soaking wet. It did start raining toward the end of our

First off, good luck getting someone to answer the phone or even get back to you after they have your deposit. Used this company once, the movers were good. The customer care rep, Candace, TERRIBLE.
Working with her alone made the move unnecessarily hard.
I tried to give them a second chance because I saw a Groupon a year later. I was told by a rep on the phone NOT to buy the Groupon and he would honor it anyway to save time; then texted me saying he had a hard time applying the promo. I called to get it worked out and again, Candace gave me attitude regarding

I hired EZ Movers to move me from Orlando to Ft. Myers. The movers were excellent! Brandon and Ron arrived on time and were very professional. Once in Ft. Myers, they unloaded and get me set up in a timely manner. They were the best! On the other hand, I needed a final invoice from the business office for reimbursement. I texted them on Saturday (the day of the move) and again on Sunday. I was told my invoice would be emailed. Well, no invoice. Texted and called several times and even left a message for an invoice.
