A/C went out late in the evening on a Monday. I found Green Leaf A/C & Heating via Google reviews and Yelp that night. I called and they were able to set an appointment for the next day. They gave me a window in which the tech would be there and the tech Jeremy was on time. He was very polite and courteous but what stood out to me was his patience in troubleshooting the problem. He wasn't just a part swapper, he was a genuine real deal A/C technician. Too many times customers are informed that they need to upgrade their unit or unnecessarily replace things that aren't broken to drive

Customer Service is amazing! Called last night at 9:30pm, offered emergency service. Not needed because we had alternatives to get though the evening. Scheduled for 2pm the next day! Wow! Tech, Jeremy, arrived on time, listened to what my concerns were, asked questions and troubleshooting was right on target. He walked me through the repair, and options.
My A/C was up and running by 3:30pm.

I was in search of water heaters to be replaced. I constantly would get these off the wall prices from other companies. Green leaf is where I was lead. I received a flyer in the mail I held on to it fir some time and threw it away.. low and behold a commercial came on my TV; mind you, I still wasn't paying attention. I called Green Leaf after-hours and got someone on the phone immediately to schedule, we set a time for the day after and the technician, Arthur, came slightly early - which is amazing considering I was given a 4 hour window and was prepared to wait almost 4 hours. He was wearing a mask from start to finish and was one of the most knowledgeable repair person I've dealt with. He also explained everything to me in detail - as a woman I hate being talked to like I don't understand repairs because I do my homework - and he really knew his stuff!

I chose Green Leaf upon a recommendation from a friend. I worked with Josh. I had a bad experience with another company and when Josh came I was impressed at his professionalism. He wore a mask, space distanced and wore booties over his shoes. He explained everything in language that I could understand. Knowing that I had no AD/Heat at all he did an amazing job getting me up and running within a few days. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

This company is fantastic. They sent someone right over when my unit wouldn't kick on this morning, and the technician was able to resolve the issue and do my heat check promptly. I worked with Josh on upgrading my HVAC. He was responsive, easy to work with and was able to get my installation completed a few days after we agreed to the final price.
There was a little confusion about how the invoice was laid out and their partnership with the Austin Energy rebate program, but we ended up where we needed to be and I would definitely use them again!

I selected 4 top companies to come bid my job. I selected the 4 based on customer reviews from Angie's List, Google and Yelp. The 4 all had their best in class features, but Green Leaf was overall the best in price, quality, and ease of doing business. I'm very pleased with the way the crew handled the install. Our air conditioner was blowing hot air. Uh- oh. We checked reviews online and went with GreenLeaf. Great decision. It is a 2002 unit, and we really didn't look forward to a big hit money wise. Friendly masked tech came early the day after we called...and we are all fixed with small ticket items. Honesty and competence--great combo!

I recently purchased this house and found Green Leaf from the sticker they had on the HVAC unit. I called and discovered that they were the ones who actually installed the unit. I called and their super friendly and efficient office staff person Alicia, she explained all the warranty information as well as a history of the service on the unit. I've used Green Leaf AC and Heating since 2013 for 2 different locations in & around North Austin.
Imo, Eddie runs an honest business & genuinely wants to help address your issue in the way that's best for you. I've never felt pressured into choosing a "more expensive option" when offered & I've never had any complaints about the work him or his techs have done.

These folks installed a unit in 2014. No problem outside of Eddie not being able to handle the negotiation process. He was extremely sensitive that I wasn't real trusting of AC companies as I believe they are scam artists to a degree.
Fast forward 5 years later and the unit Eddie and team is not blowing cold air at all. I call up greenleaf and their guy comes out, charges me $65 and tell me I have a leak. Well duh...He then tells me that I need to have an "isolation test" done to figure out if the leak is at the evaporator, compressor, or the line inside the house. He thought

My experience was awful. I've learned the company cares far more about keeping their review scores high than actually rectifying mistakes. My experience was so bad the owner agreed to give me the full $487.30 refund I wanted but only if I never shared my experience... I did not feel this appropriate.

We noticed that our A/C wasn't blowing cold at 8:30 on a Friday night. Panic set in! Through our home warranty company they set us up with Green Leaf and I called immediately to see if I could someone out tonight. Eddie, the owner, said that wouldn't be a problem. I spoke to him at 9:00pm and I'm sitting on the couch with cold air blowing at 10:30pm. His truck is stocked with just about everything imaginable. Not only was he polite, but he was honest and gave me some insight into my particular system and the quirks it has. I would strongly recommend Green Leaf for your A/C needs
