The team of Jennifer and Nick were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Nick did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problem with our Carrier AC and went out of his way to get the missing the dead parts and he had to do it twice. But he stayed with it and fixed it and our AC hasn't run this well since it was a first installed about 10 years ago I highly recommend these guys, Nick is amazing and Jennifer is most helpful in setting things up.

So, I sent several calls and messages on Facebook fir recommendations near me. I really didn't expect many to reply so late. Jennifer was the first to send me a message. I asked for the soonest appointment tomorrow and she began to ask me questions about what was wrong. Jennifer the told me if she can help me over the phone vs charging me to come out, she'll give it a shot.
Along with Nick by her side, they helped me diagnose the problem, fix it myself, and not ask for a penny.

If you want a company that knocks it out of the park and shows up when you need them the most then Evenaire is your best choice. I own a couple of homes and had them put in new units in two of them. Even in the middle of this frozen apocalypse when they didn’t even have power at their own home. They made it out to mine to make sure I was up and running when the furnace would not start after we finally got power back after 4 days. I have never been let down by this family owned business. The absolute worst time a heater can die is on the coldest day in Austin's recorded history. The snow drift in my front yard is over 2 feet tall, the roads are crazy and my heater dies at 2 am when it is 8 degrees outside. Thankfully Evenaire was able to save me. I made a call early in the morning and left a message, got a call as soon as they were open explaining that their crew couldn't get out yet because of the road but they would text me as soon as it was safe for their people. Just had our old Carrier system replaced by Nick Atkinson and his wonderful crew today, and we could not be happier. Nick had a very clear and transparent sales pitch, offered a range of options, and gave us a competitive quote right away. He did not pressure us on upsell options which we respected. The installation was done quickly and with great care to keep my carpet clean. Crew was courteous, wore face coverings, and were cautious to keep the doors closed to keep my littles inside. Communication was excellent from start to finish. They were able to accommodate my preferred times for an initial bid and to schedule the work. All my calls or emails were answered within 24 hours and they even sent a reminder email a few days before the work was scheduled.

This is my SECOND review for Evenaire Heating & Air Conditioning. It's never a good time for an AC or Heating outage, but working with Evenaire during these "bad times" is as good as it gets.

Above and beyond at Evenaire! I had an AC coil go bad on my home unit. It had been installed by another company who hadn't bothered to register the warranty and subsequently went out of business. Evenaire went to great lengths to convince the manufacturer to honor the warranty (they had no obligation to do so). Saved me thousands of $$$$! We have used Evenaire for a couple years to take care of preventative maintenance on our system. We decided to replace our 20 year old unit this winter so we wouldn't run the risk of being without AC this summer. They have been nothing but amazing and exceeded our expectations at every turn.

My ac unit went out on a Saturday night and I called evenaire and within 20 minutes of my call they were at my home.
Within an hour they were done and my unit was fixed! They were extremely professional, laughed at my stupid jokes (which I really appreciate btw haha) and made me comfortable. Having people at your home that are not known to you can make ya feel weird.. not them, felt like I was hanging out with a long lost family member

In 2011 we purchased our home in Cedar Park. The first thing we needed to do was replace the HVAC system in the house. We chose Evenaire to do the install because they were a Dave Lennox Premier Dealer and we wanted to install the best possible AC system for our home. After having them out for a quote, we chose the "Lennox Best" option, that Nick at Evenaire proposed on 4/26/2011, installed on 6/6/11.
