The best HVAC company in town. You can tell this family-run business truly cares about their customer. JoJo actually installed our unit around 8 years ago. He was very respectful, explained what he was doing in layman terms, and made sure we were satisfied with his services. Fast forward to this crazy winter storm, and we had Robert come by to help fix the heat. He was equally as awesome. Thank you! I'm glad we're now officially signed up for regular maintenance with y'all.

Flakey!!! Came to house to look at new system need, but never sent written bid. I followed up several times about status but never provided estimate. Not sure why they bothered to come out. Total waste of my time (and theirs). Neighbors used them and were please, so maybe they just have enough business right now. Here's an idea...just communicate that.

There's nobody better. Have used Cool Horizons a number of times now and they surpass the standards every time. Robert is the epitome of what service techs ought to be in the world. In fact, it should be a law that every service tech in the world, no matter what discipline, ought to be required to shadow Robert for a year to learn how to both do the job and treat people. Seriously. JoJo and his crew are the best. We've been using them for the past several years. He kept our old unit limping along for as long as possible until it truly couldn't go any longer, then helped us pick the right replacement unit and got it up and running quickly. They've done excellent work.

Cool Horizons came highly recommended by our neighbors and they did not disappoint. It was very convenient to be able to text Jojo to set an appointment to look at our HVAC, which wasn't cooling properly. He came to our house, listened to us describe issue, and determined it's likely the drip pan switch. It took him less than 5 minutes to check out the attic and point out the problem to us clueless new homeowners. I have used Cool Horizons for furnace and A/C repairs, plus installing a new HVAC system. Consistently dependable service, and they are honest and helpful. David has given us tips on things we can do ourselves and is very up front about cost, options, etc. Because they are a smaller operation, they can't always beat the big guys in price, but I have found they more than make up for it in terms of good honest work! Our go-to company for sure.

I came home friday night July 31 to a hot house. The fan was blowing air but it was hot...the dreaded A/C failure on a weekend in a summer drought. I called Joe that night around 8pm. Told him we were down. He offered to come out that night and look at it right away. That was very nice.
Saturday morning was fine with me and Joe showed up early Saturday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem...2 blown capacitors. The compressor would not kick on because the capacitors were bad. He had one on hand and went to his supply store to get the other.
