Ronnie Waddle started Acme Air Conditioning in 1984 and has been in the HVAC industry for over 30 years. Ronnie graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration. He is not only the lead residential and commercial service technician but he is also in charge of daily operations and ALL installations of new equipment.

I don't think Acme is fair and honest. When our system went down they came out and charged us $1133 dollars for a motor and capacitor. They new how old the house was but never asked about our warranty. A friend suggested we check our warranty which told us we were still covered. Acme came back out and swapped the parts out for cheaper warranty parts and credited us $370. Still a $763 charge. The tech also told me we had a leak in one of our units. I was quoted $600+ to fill the unit as we were probably 3 lbs short. I ended up calling another company to come out and they tested for a leak but

We had been in our new home for 2 weeks when the air conditioning stopped working. We went up into the attic and noticed the pan under the unit was FULL of water. We initially called out another company and they recommended two extremely expensive options. We decided to call ACME for a second opinion that night. Dallas came out the next morning (on his day off) and walked me through the process of what needed to be done and why. A pump needed to be installed to help flush excess water through the drain so that it wouldn't ever overflow. Everything was explained perfectly and he gave me a better

I noticed at 4am this morning that my heat wasn't working properly. I called ACME at 8:30am and they sent someone over within a few hours. The issue was diagnosed, resolved and filters replaced within a short amount of time. Service representative was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely be using ACME again!
