We scheduled an appointment, and they did not show up. They called us to reschedule and they did not show up again. I called back and they said they would show up later that day, but they never did. I’ve wasted over 10 hours waiting for them.

I couldn’t be any more happy with their service. They installed our full AC system and they did it so fast I was surprised, you know in Texas hot weather you can’t be without AC for too long and they were done installing the whole thing way sooner than what I expected. The job looks clean and professional. They have great prices compare to other HVAC companies. Will totally recommend them to everyone I know.

Our experience with this company has been terrible. They were contracted by our warranty company to repair our heater. We've had someone come out twice, but the issue has not been fixed. I spoke with someone yesterday and they were supposed to come out today no later than 5PM. I called at 4:30PM to get the status only to find out that they pushed our appointment back to Tuesday of next week. They didn't even contact us to let us know. We made sure to be home when they were supposed to come and they did not have the decency to let us know that they would not be able to make it. I only found out

The company installed a new AC system (two units) in our house. The installation went well and they were able to finish it within a day. The problems started soon after the installation; the system would not work. We called the service desk, and they send us a technician. He did fix the problem, and we enjoyed it for a while until it stopped working again. To make the story short, we had to call and ask for a technician probably about 15 times for last one and a half year. One of the major problems was the tray would get full of water. Instead of fixing it, they would just get the water out. Finally

Our neighbors recommended bipolar Air Conditioning and heating when we woke up on a Friday morning and our downstairs air wasn’t working. We called and were told they were booked but would try. Good news they called back a few hours later and said they could come over. I highly recommend them very professional and the guys really know what they’re doing! Love their job very amazing work!

This company installed a new air handler for my daughter via a home warranty claim in Oct. 2017. During the cold snap in Dec. my daughter turned on the heat only to discover it did not work. Bi Polar came out and said a wrong part had been installed (by them) but since my daughter was no longer with the home warranty company she would have to pay out of pocket for the correct part. After several attempts to have Bi Polar stand behind their work with no response, my daughter had another company come out at the cost of $150 to inform her the part was fine, but the two breakers in the air handler
