5 years ago I called Ideal Air Care in desperation. It was August, had family visiting from out of state and it was Saturday 5pm. Ed made a special trip out right then to try and eliminate my AC aggravation. He was able to temporarily patch it, then worked on a heatpump/AC plan and recommendations to move thermostat and increase airflow into AC. The new system saved us $$ every month since in electric costs. Multiple times since he has worked with me to improve our AC life, even got us setup with a wifi thermostat so we can control from anywhere and setup and heating cooling schedules online. During

Ed (owner) and the Ideal AirCare crew are great! We just had them install 2 new A/C units to replace our original ~16-year old units. Ed gave us a clear bid, and was here for the installation the entire time. He answered all my questions and the installation was great. He gave me a rundown of the systems when the work was complete. We love the excellent service that Ideal Aircare provides!! He installed the unit in our new house and gave us much needed advice during the whole process.
