I was very impressed with his professionalism as he walked me step by step through his process. From the time of booking to when Scott and Chris walked out the door, everything went according to plan. Scott gives you an appointment window and keeps you updated on the expected time of arrival. Scott was professional, prompt and made our couch look brand new. We have 4 children and our general day to day operations cause a massive amount of wear and tear. Not only was the job done timely but the final product was well beyond anything we had hoped for. VERY professional, and very up-front and honest! I got a very good vibe and impression from my initial phone call with Scott, and felt even though I spent $150 more to have my couch cleaned by Diamond, (the first operation I hired to clean my couch didn’t do nearly as thorough of a job) it was money well spent! My boyfriend and I have a fabric L-shaped sectional that’s about 5 years old, with a dog that sheds and loves to lay with us on the couch.
