When I called SteamPro, Tom came to my home asap to give me an estimate for the work I needed done. He told me he needed to replace the padding underneath my carpet because it was wet from a flood I had just experienced. He told me he would also clean the carpet after the padding was installed. I scheduled to have the work done, and the job was completed today, much to my satisfaction. Tom really did his best to get the job done quickly to prevent the growth of mold. A+ service! These guys are great! Inexpensive and really makes the carpeting look new again! They always fit me in within a day or two of calling. My dogs still make accidents in the house and steam pro gets any and all urine out of the carpeting. Just had the carpeting steamed today and it smells great!
