Doug was a true professional and was able to get one of his crew members out to our house after all the rain we recently had. We were concerned about a possible leak and they took care of the inspection and repair efficiently and quickly. We will absolutely be contacting them again in the future if any other roof repairs are needed! Do not hesitate to call, they are professional and courteous.

Very professional! Doug does a great job of supervising his crews. He also goes out of his way to work with insurance companies to maximize the settlement. My neighbor was jealous of the finished product compared to the roof/gutters he had replaced with a different roofer.

Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired

After having a bad experience with our previous roofing company, we did a lot of research before choosing Concord. Ted and Caleb are both wonderful to work with. They were up-front about the work we needed done, how much it would cost, and what they could do to help us out. In the end, they lived up to every one of their commitments. Better than 5 stars. I needed new roof, screens, fence staining and house painting. Ted was the best. He understood my needs and worked with me. The roof was professionally done and on schedule. My mortgage company inspector complimented me that our roof was the best work she had seen. I was very pleased.
