Unresponsive and blame customers for their poor organization.
Bryjo came out to my house to view the house and provide an estimate. They never sent anything to me after a year of excuses such as we are behind, someone broke an ankle, so and so got covid. A year!
Then they tell me they can't provide one to me because I have been unresponsive. I have a full email trail of following up with them.
I wouldn't hire them anyway after their terrible response and delayed estimate.

We had a 60+ year old red oak pushed over onto our home in the 10/20/19 Dallas tornadoes. BRY-JO came out promptly and Mike and Bryan got an estimate together to help out insurance understand the extent of the damage. When we finally came to an agreement with our adjuster, the week of Thanksgiving, BRY-JO's team repaired us in a week. They had us back into our home by Christmas, and also gave us free insulation as they patched our ceiling, which had caved in. We're better off than we were before! We're so grateful and would highly recommend BRY-JO. We hope to use them again for more remodeling

All the work was performed in a professional manner and there was no down time or wasted time.
We appreciated all the attention to detail including the finish-out over our vent hood to recreate the molding detail from our original molding.

With Bryjo I had an issue in that a two week period went by with nothing stated on an estimate I had requested. However, I must admit there was more going on than expected. I was contacted by Michael who was able to explain the reasoning for the delay. Resolution and understanding was provided but more importantly was the act done by Michael to address a concern of a customer. Not many business nowadays do that which I must say is appreciated. Bryjo has demonstrated a level of commitment to there customers that cannot be denied. Definitely would recommend these folks.

The hail storms from last year broke 8 windows and my roof. My damage wasn't as bad as some, but I did need some help boarding my windows until they could be replaced. I called Bryjo. They boarded things up, so that I could secure my home immediately. The windows were replaced along with the trim, etc. The estimate was fair and the job done was EXCELLENT! They worked with my VERY DIFFICULT insurance people which was a plus! Every person that was in my home was polite and answered my questions. They were tidy while they worked, which was also a plus! I am very satisfied with my overall experience

As remodeling neophytes we were looking for a company that we could trust to do a good job and to help guide us through the process. Bry-Jo did all that and more. Their work crews were great -- professional, reliable and easy to deal with. Once they started, they stayed on or ahead of schedule. Maria was great to work with and a big help to us. The completed project was all we hoped for. I would definitely use them again on projects in the future.
