I had a roof leak after recent heavy rains. Jeff came out the same day I called him and Tim fixed it the next day. I was very lucky to have caught him between jobs. He was Very knowledgeable and honest. Jeff and Tim examined the damage and gave me an estimate a fraction of another roofing company. They recommended an easier less complicated patch repair since my roof was not in the best condition and they reasoned that the more extensive repair would get done when I replaced the roof in 5-8 years. First off, I couldn't be happier with are new slate tile roof. We had bids from 3 other large roofing contractors. North Groups price was right in line with the others. What all these contractors didn't know, is that I have been in construction for over 40 years. I asked Jeff some very technical questions and without hesitation he fired right back. (As he laughed) This guy is very smart. Refreshing that there are people out there with skills these days. It is hard to find. We hired Jeff because he knew what he was doing, period. My roof sustained significant damage this monsoon season resulting in 9 different leaking areas. After receiving estimates from numerous roofing companies, I found Jeff (owner) to be the most honest regarding what portions of my roof needed repair now and which portions could wait. We ended up upgrading from shingle to tile and the house looks better than ever! Highly recommend

We had Jeff and co resurface our flat roof and cannot be happier with the results. I was a little concerned because we had just painted and have black trim...eek, who knew but Jeff had a wonderful man, Terry, on the job who managed to coat the roof without incident. The work was immaculate and completed quickly! We will definitely use Northgroup when it’s time to resurface next time!

Hired Northgroup to re-coat our foam room. I was really concerned about the re-coat due to our roof being covered by solar panels. Jeff monitored our project personally and the project turned out perfectly. Jeff mentioned that our skylight over the bathroom looked like it may need to be replaced, I did not do it at the time, Jeff was correct, 1 year later it developed a leak. Hired Northgroup again to fix the skylight. Awesome contractor.

I highly recommend this company. Having my businesses maintained the way i need them to be maintained, leaves no room for 2nd rate standards. They were on time from start to finish. Exceeded even my expectations with the quality and the efficiency of the entire scope of the work i had them do. I appreciated the flexibility they showed when i had additional work for them to do, upon short notice.

I had a roof damage done by a friend of a friend and Jeff took a look at the roof and said he could fix the damaged part of the roof without replacing the whole roof. He and his crew were at the house within the next two days. They repaired the roof and matched the material so no one can see that it had been replaced. Northgroup Roofing did an outstanding job.
