I was meant with extreme Resentment as soon as I walked through the door into the show room. Being a younger guy I'm used to dull salesman who don't know what they're doing making first impressions and assuming they can never sell a car to a person who looks like me. Little did they know I was actually in the market and seriously considering buying a GLA. Unfortunately as soon as I got close to an example I was wisped away. It's truly unfortunate how close minded this dealership was.

I had been traveling for over a week and found myself in Springfield needing a car wash. Could not find any "hand wash" car washes and went to the Mercedes dealer. Although I am not a customer of Elite Mercedes, Ted the service advisor treated me like a longtime acquaintance. Though they do not offer car wash service to anyone except service customers, he graciously offered to put my car in line for a wash. He so easily could have said no but made me feel welcomed. While my car was being washed, we discussed an issue I was having and he took time out to look up some part numbers to determine

They cannot ever fix a rear ended car. It took 75 days to fix trunk, stop lights etc. while they were 'fixing' they burned down one of the herneses on the trunk. When I wrote a review on their page manager creeping on me on my social media account and tried to send a message. I have been trying to get iin contact with them but no chance. You have to give a one star review for them to get in contact with you! Terrible customer service. Horrible service.

Buying a car is not fun, these guys made it worse. They use the most aggressive sales tactics that I have ever experienced. We were negotiating to get $400 under sticker price. In that process we were called cheap and penny pinchers. We did agree on a price and the sales agent only ignored us after that, no hello and no eye contact from him. Then during the finance process we turned down some additional sales items from the finance guy. Then he lectured us on why we needed it and we kept saying no. Everytime we said no he would try to make us feel more and more stupid for turning it down. He

Glad I went here, they are very honest and make sure the work gets done, and you get what you pay for and that is quality! And I will definitely be a repeat customer and will take my car for any needed repairs, they know what they are doing and are very very helpful! The staff is great and so are the mechanics!
