Great experience. All of the vehicles were in great condition. We went to Never Say No to see what our options were. We did need a car and we were able to get a great vehicle, that day, in way less time then we or others that we know have spent at other dealerships. We walked away feeling relieved and happy, which was a very pleasant surprise.
Will go back in the future when we are ready for a 2nd vehicle.

Very pleasant staff to work with. Worked all week with me to find the right financing and pay options and car to fit within my budget. I had an AMAZING experience with all of the sales men today. Mark Ozark made sure I was going to leave in a new car no matter what. They did not apply any pressure to me , they let me take time , ask questions, made sure I was well informed on everything i needed to know. I got a great car at a great price at Never Say No Auto! When I first arrived at the lot, I noticed a lot of late-model vehicles. I did not think I would be able to afford a car here. Mark was able to quickly find a good car that fit my needs and price range. I was originally going to finance my ‘17 Nissan Versa, but when I said I was able to put most of the money down, Mark worked out a great deal where I was able to buy it outright and trade in my old car. Ask for T.J. He is very personable and if he didn't know an answer he had it shortly for us. The only downside to the whole process was a longish wait to sign papers because of lack of space. But spent that time bonding with our new car.
But the drop in stars was because of the rudeness of a manager! When we asked why the sticker on the window listed options the car didn't have his answer was "Read the fine print" and tapped on the bottom of the sticker "we aren't responsible for printing the stickers" REALLY!?
