I hired Andrey Romanov about a year and a half ago to paint both the interior and exterior of a rental house I own in Palo Alto.
He and his team did such an excellent job that I hired them again to repaint the interior after the old tenants moved out. I wanted the house to look clean and fresh for the new tenants.
Once again, Andrey did not disappoint! He does beautiful work with attention to detail! He not only painted the interior but he also touched up the exterior so it looks great!
Not only that....Andrey and his helper, Manuel, did a couple of small repairs

We have already hired them twice for the whole interior painting of our previous house and new house. His price is very competitive and his work couldn't be more meticulous! Andrey is as good as it gets! He is personable, and very knowledgeable in many areas around the house and home fixes. Working with Andrey is effortless and easy, and his team is extremely efficient and careful with everything around the house. And the best part about everything is that Andrey is there on site with his team everyday. Some project managers in other companies are only in charge of scheduling the job, and don't appear personally on the days of, but not Andrey! Andrey's quote was the best of the many companies I contacted, so much so that it made me a little nervous. But he completed my exterior paint job, including the prep work (cleaning, stucco patching, even closing up an old mail slot), in a timely and thorough manner. He was really flexible around my timeline (which kept changing because of a front door installation delay). He used my preferred paint brand (Kelly Moore) and was delicate with my plants that sit agains the house. Now over 8 months later, the house still looks fantastic. I recommend Andrey with 0 reservations!

Andrey Romanov and his crew did a terrific job, completed within a few weeks of initial contact. Included repainting all exterior wood trim & gutters on my house. More importantly he replaced several dry-rotted pieces of wood trim.
My job wasn't big but I had lots of big concerns: the rotted trim was mostly on 2nd story and above so was difficult to safely reach via ladder or (steep) roof; remaining exterior is pre-colored stucco in contrasting color so accidental drips or splatters had to be avoided; of the trim pieces that were not being replaced many had peeling paint near joints
