Is a very dishonest dealer ship. I bought a car from them only to find that they are a dishonest company. I emailed to about car they had list at 1st they that the car was no longer available only a day later the salesman email to tell that it was now available. I told I would like to buy the car I gave a $1000 deposit to hold the car for me. Later the salesman calls me and there was mistake by the listing company and ask if I could pay more trying to a nice guy, I said I could go up $1000 above the list price. I just made my first purchase from Grayson BMW. During this a time when finding and buying cars is not the easiest of things to do Matt Cole made the experience pleasant and easy. I am very thankful it was a no pressure sale where they did not try to force you to purchase needless things that you do not need. UPDATE FROM REVIEW UNDER ASHLEE HUTCHINSON: As a response from the comment from her review, we did call and spoke with Jeff, he is supposedly a used car sales manager, we were told ALL SALES FINAL. He had no desire to work with us and didn't seem to care that his sales person gave false information and was totally dishonest in this car sale. So in telling us to call and speak to someone, we did and it was an absolute waste of time. So I'm sure you are not "deeply concerned", as I see this isn't the first time a customer has complained about your dealership.

Came in looking to find a reliable car that is gas efficient and Bob Miller was able to do that. He was not a stereotypical car salesman that was poaching for a sale. He was a genuine guy that did not care about selling the most expensive car to you but selling a car that will make you happy. He was very informative through the signing process and the test drive. The purchasing of the vehicle was pretty easy and relaxed, however my complaint is with their follow through and customer service.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from them in February. I verified at the dealership that the vehicle did come with a second key, the sales lady was actually the one to mention it, and even checked the key tag to verify it as well. However after signing all paperwork and getting ready to leave with the vehicle, she told me that they could not find the second key, so they would mail it to me when they mailed my tags. We drove about 4 hours to go pick up the car and asked questions over the phone about the vehicle and if it had been through UCI. We got there to pick up the used car and understand that it is a used vehicle and it is as is but starting on our long drive back home it started to shake and to me it just felt like the tires were out of balance and didn't think anything about it. We got back to KY and made an appointment with our mechanic at home to have him do a good lookover and that I feel like it may be the tires out of balance. Service on my car is great. This review is about the waiting area (which is part of what you pay for when you buy a car from Grayson). Grayson modified their coffee machine so one can no longer obtain a coffee drink that includes dairy. Instead, they provide the cheap Coffee-Mate (TM) mini-canisters of artificial creamer comprised of who knows what chemicals and carcinogens. Grayson BMW -- don't scrimp so much on the coffee machine and accouterments. How much money do you save by foregoing actual half-and-half? Certified and I had nothing to worry about by the sales woman Maria Yenni. "Like buying brand new" Come find out they did not do the certification. $8,000 in repairs in the first 3 months of owning... The amount of complaints through Google, Better Business Bureau and also here on yelp will tell you to not buy from these dishonest people. I talked to the GM Frank Scialdone who cussed me out then hung up on me and then talked with just about every person with no luck... Not so long ago I would have given Grayson a 5 star rating. You see, I used to be a huge advocate. I was a loyal customer. I have purchased six vehicles from Grayson in the past 10 years or so. Most recently I purchased a vehicle on 3/27/2021- it will be my last.

I test drove a pre owned vehicle. After the drive, I expressed concern regarding an alert that the oil was over max limit. I gave my salesman an idea of what I was willing to pay, asked him to have the oil alert looked at & I left. He text a short time later that he was able to meet the price & the service department was checking

Sales management is the absolute worst I've ever seen. They fired my sales person in the middle of the deal, and then were so rude that I asked for my deposit back. I found out later that several friends of mine from Knoxville purchase their BMW's in Chattanooga in order to avoid the sales clown show at Grayson. I wouldn't go back there if they were giving away cars for free.

If I could give this dealer no stars, I would.
I went to purchase a used X3 here at Grayson BMW. During the test drive, everything went smooth. No lights on the dash, everything worked, and no recommended service reminders. While signing papers, you are given are a sheet of paper that states that the second you purchase this vehicle, that it is absolutely no longer property of Grayson BMW and they will not be responsible for it whatsoever. I pulled my car, a 2017 Chevy Cruze, into the service area on a rainy Wednesday with a nail in my back tire. I told them that I was going to have to get a new tire at a place up the street, but that I wasn't going to make it there on this back tire, and that I really didn't want to change to the spare in the rain myself; I threw myself on their mercy and asked if the service department would put the spare on for me. Was looking for large SUV and found one, online while on vacation in FL at Grayson BMW. Called about the vehicle and asked Clint, my sales rep, to test drive it with me on FaceTime. He started the truck but said he was blocked in, (This was a scheduled call by the way) after the engine ran for a while and he did a walk around I asked him to point the camera at the dash display. Was pretty disappointed in the experience I had with their sales team. I'm located a few hours away from them, so I was trying to coordinate a deal for a vehicle prior to driving to purchase it.

The sales person got busy, and didn't respond to my emails for hours at a time. Ultimately, they sold the car to someone else and just ghosted me. Just not the experience I expected from a BMW dealership.

I recently purchased a new X3 and I had the best car buying experience I have ever had. I ordered my car and it came exactly as I ordered. I have bought many cars with many dealerships and I have always left angry, frustrated, exhausted and worn down. Matt Schroller made this experience the best. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Service is fantastic both here and at the body shop. My car (BMW X3 which I've owned for over a year) was stolen and recovered and they took great care of me when I brought it there for repair. As it turned out, my car was totaled. Service, GM and sales rep (Matt Schroller) all worked together to put me in a loaner right away, and then they sold me the exact car I had with less miles for less money (new), with no money down. I have no idea how they made this happen, but they did. They literally treated me like family. I highly recommended Matt as a knowledgeable, no-nonsense sales professional

No words for this Grayson BMW Mini sales team!

I'm a busy telecommuter, and John Myers from Grayson Subaru pretty much made it impossible to say no to an incredible, new-to-me BRZ tS 6-speed manual - my dream car. He brought it to my house so I could test drive without missing much work. The second I got in it I knew, and I think he did, too. I drove as long as I wanted to, and he didn't rush me. He was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about this car, even meeting me at Mini, closer to my home office, the day I was ready to buy.

I had a valve cover replaced on my 335i. The BMW manufacturer suggested retail price is $529.13. Grayson charged me over $700 for the part. When I complained they lowered the price to $600, still $71 above retail.
I thought it might be a supply problem so I called several other BMW dealers on the east coast. For a BMW original valve cover, New York was $435, Fairfax Va was $529, and Atlanta was $465.
I will say the service department is great but if you use them check the price on the parts before you agree to service. They are overcharging.

This is a review of the experience I had with Grayson BMW.

I dealt with Jeremy, the internet manager. He is absolutely amazing from the beginning to the end. I must begin by saying that I am quite a difficult customer requiring many options on the vehicle I wanted, as well as a remote customer almost 2300 miles from him. He was very aggressive in terms of pricing with the vehicle that I found as his dealer with all the options I wanted. Unfortunately by no fault of his, the vehicle with all the options I wanted was sold to another customer.
