We are a family owned company with ties to the area we serve. We are ICC Licensed and go through annual training. We value our customers and take pride with working individually with each customer to provide a unique experience. Our mission is to provide commercial and residential customers quality roofing and remodeling workmanship and service.
As a licensed roofing contractor we will be there to work with your insurance adjuster and help you through the steps of your claim. We use Xactimate as our estimating software the same kind the insurance adjusters use. Your claim will be settled fairly and at the correct price. Customers are only responsible for their deductible and any requested upgrade.

I contacted this company on Nov 7th to see if it would be possible to get a kitchen and entry way painted before thanksgiving and they said it shouldn’t be a problem. Our kitchen does have wallpaper and I undersntsnd that is a lot more work. I sent pictures to them on Nov 9th of the kitchen and the man still said it could be done and quoted us $1,000. Someone was supposed to drop off paint samples but never did. The painter was scheduled to come by on Friday (today) and begin at 9am. I have used TK Remodeling & Renovations for gutter cleaning and Christmas lights for the last 5 years. When he cleaned my gutters out in the Spring he noticed hail damage from a storm and I ended up making an insurance claim to replace my roof and had them do it and the process was super easy and my roof was finished in one day. I really like how I can call them for small and big projects and they take care of it.

We liked the quality and service we received from TK when they installed siding on our house so much that we called them again when we wanted a pergola for our patio. Tom worked with me on a difficult insurance claim that required the policyholder to invoke the appraisal provision (alternative resolution) to get their claim settled. The insurance company did everything possible to try and get out. Due to his professional knowledge and ability Tom was able to show due cause of a hailstorm to the insurance companies appraiser and settled on a claim amount.
