We recently had to go through an unexpected kitchen reno due to mold. With very little warning, the kitchen was down to studs and we discovered we needed our whole house replumbed. The first company I consulted quoted me about $1,300 more than AJ Dauphin & Son and the two techs that came out were kind of alarmist.
