I was looking for a soluiton to separate my 2 car garage from the RV garage so retners/guests could still use the 2 car while the RV garage was closed and. This review does not address services rendered by this business as I was not able to get past the less than desirable telephone customer service.
I called this place earlier tonight and spoke with an extremely rude woman. I asked a few questions and finally a question that she could not readily answer so she pointed out the current time (past 9 pm). ‘I mean there’s only so much I can do when you’ve called me past 9pm’ as if I was waking her up out of a sound sleep.
I let her know that I just worked a double shift and am just getting off from my own job and that she was very rude. I ended

I called for help with my garage door as it got stuck one morning while heading to work. They picked up the phone at the second ring and the lady at the phone was calm and courteous. They scheduled me for the same day (albeit a few hours later). Kirk came out and after the estimate, completed the work in the allotted time. Kirk was super helpful and answered all my questions. Great service! Absolutely recommend them!

Just had them out after a spring broke. The tech was on time same day service and did an amazing job. The office staff was professional and the price was exactly what you would expect to pay for the service. I would recommend them to anyone that needs work done on a garage don’t waste your time calling anyone else.

Coby from Parker Garage Doors and More was excellent. He immediately diagnosed the problem, got right to work and knew exactly what he was doing. He also discovered a small problem with our opener and fixed it quickly with a mere adjustment. If I had my own business, Coby is the type of employee I would want. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. This is my new go-to for garage door problems!!

I've just received - again - excellent service from Parker Garage Doors. Have had the pleasure of working with them on two occasions in past 3 years. Always very positive, knowledgeable and thorough. Today I'd asked for an estimate for a replacement door, had it before the end of the day. Before yearend, I will be asking them to install the new door for me. Again, always a positive - no hesitation about recommending them!
