By far the worst shopping experience I have had. Took almost 10 minutes just to get a salesman to help me. Then when one did he seemed totally put out that he had to help me. Took me to the used car I was interested in on a golf cart. He never got off the golf cart. He handed me the key and told me to look at the car. Never offered a test drive or asked if I had any questions. When he asked how I was going to purchase told it would be a cash deal I did not want to finance. Definitely, has the product you are looking for. We have being searching for a CR-v and we got it. Now, Jim help us throughout the entire time. They have the text message feature that they can text while on the computer, and Jim did invite it us for 3 weeks to Sarasota. When the time was right we went and found us what we were looking for. I was dreading buying a new car. Every time I do I am aggravated and angry. It takes all the fun out of getting a new car. I find that the sales person always talks to my husband instead of me. He always points to me explaining "it's HER buying the car, not me." I was pleasantly surprised when I visited Wilde Honda of Sarasota. Every time I get my Odyssey serviced here, I wait on site. There's plenty of space to sit. The waiting area is comfortable and quiet. I've gotten a lot of work done on my computer. Service department has always been polite. My complaint is the length of time I'm there. It's always been around 2 hours, usually longer (for oil changes). They say they look over the whole vehicle but I am never notified of anything that may need replaced. I have to tell them I'm experiencing problems in order for them to look further. I would recommend this place. Just be prepared to wait,

Coming from Orlando to Sarasota to pick up our truck was already stressful enough! I let Larry know I wanted to be in and out as fast as possible once there and he assure this was completed. From the great host experience(offering us sodas, coffee and water etc…)we had since we arrived until we sat down with our financing counselor Joe the entire experience was just awesome! We will def. return!

Wilde Honda was, by far, the best experience we've had buying a vehicle from a dealership. We live in GA and the thought of buying a vehicle so far away was scary. From the very first phone call I had with Josh Rivera, I felt comfortable. He went over and beyond to answer our questions, address any concerns we had and send us videos and photos of the vehicle we wanted. The finance department was great. We had our own financing, but they were able to beat the interest rate and overnighted all the papers to us to review before our trip. I have been shopping around for a while and this place was the strangest of the bunch. Some of the sales people were nice, others pushy, or totally ambivalent. Grant was nice when I was with him, but then never called me back, or followed up with me dispute requesting him personally each time. I eventually found another guy to help, he was ok, but was not working with me at all on the price:( fair enough I guess. But he did not prep the truck for me as required, or follow up. I walked...

On a Saturday 10/17/2020 My wife and I went car shopping at some of the local car dealerships in Sarasota and Venice. We stopped at Wilde Honda and had Jim Timpson assist us. Wilde Honda of Sarasota is bar-none the absolute best experience I have ever had. I made arrangements via email with Martha Colera ahead of time and when I got there spent about 10 minutes doing documents that were prepared before my arrival. I have been working with Wilde Honda for years. Many purchases from them. When dealing with Kevin today i wont purchase here again. He walked up to us and wouldn't even let us say much at all and after him telling my husband within the first 5 mins to let him speak i find this to be the up most worst expierence there. You should listen before trying to assume you know everything. The salesman who approached us outside asked if we could come back Monday, but failed to mention why other than they were busy. My Honda was towed to the service department. I was told that it was the battery. 2 days later, my car broke down again. I spent $140 on a battery I did not need. Texted service advisor to let him know it wasn't the battery and 2 days later, still have not heard back. I don't trust the service department and extremely poor customer service. Found a local mechanic who immediately found the problem and fixed my car. Will never return to this place and won't buy a Honda again.

I first visited the website to look at their inventory and then called in and spoke with Elliot to ask additional questions. He invited me into the showroom and promised me an easy deal with no haggle. When I arrived at the showroom my vehicle was ready for the test drive even though I had already went through the approval process over the phone which took about 10 minutes. Elliott was very professional and knowledgeable. Elliott made me feel very comfortable and was very nice to work with. I hate car shopping but Heile and Jay made it a totally bearable experience here at Wilde.
