Totally recommendable. The staff were attentive and helpful without being sure if we would buy or not. The sales process was simple and all our questions were answered. The fees are very low compared to other dealers and there are no hidden fees. In short, of all my car buying experiences, this is by far the best. Special thanks to Jonh, who patiently guided us through the entire process. If I had to buy again they would be my 1st option.

I bought a Lexus 2017 IS 300 from Scotti's out of state...
The Good: Michael and Art were very nice and had no problems to talk to them (the only reason I am giving 2 stars). Price of car was less than most competitors.
The Bad: Car's detailing was beyond poor. I was assured by Michael that tire pressures and any interior detailing would be taken care of. It seemed like an amateur did the job. I found black gunk in the back seats and there were tears in the leather and one of the floor mats. There was also other issues not worth mentioning because a 5 year old could have cleaned better. Amazing place to car shop. We were treated like family and they even stayed open late to make sure we drove home in our new car. We will never do business anywhere else. Jimmmy is a old school and very precise, on my Corvette wheel, with his work. He, with the assist of his son, did extraordinary work on my bent wheel. It is a great experience to meet him, and see him work. Did a perfect job on the wheel and recommend him and his shop to anyone thats wheel work. Fast and precise and reasonable.

WOW, I'd give more than 5 STARS if it were possible. The entire crew at Scotti's was great to deal with. My sales person Mike accommodated my wife and I perfectly. He was responsive and honest and went out of his way to make a very smooth transaction possible. Art the finance manager was a pleasure to finalize the deal with. I met the owners, Mark and Bryan, and they are great guys. The whole process was quick and painless, and we got the deal done with no pressure or hassle. They gave me a very fair value on my trade and the car they sold me was exactly as described. I would gladly buy another
