Contacted Don of Future Floorz to arrange for an in home sales presention of flooring concepts they install. Don and his wife Nicole came to see us the very next day. They had a wonderful choice of quality carpeting at a very competitive price. We chose one of their premium grades of carpeting. Very Professional. But what really impressed me more than the quality installation, was the care that was given to my needs. He came in and wanted to help my nightmare installation from another installer that left my new floor buckled...basically trashed. He came to my condo numerous times while I was in another state; had to remove all my furniture; tear out the laminate carefully to reuse as much as possible; level the floor; reinstall; did the moldings correctly with craftsmanship; and replace all my furnishings and décor back into its original places, all without me being present. I met with Don from Future Floorz in late 2011 to repair a water damaged wooden floor in my house from a plumbing leak in the adjoining room. He was helpful and ended up replacing the floor and did a great job, the price was good and I've since called them back to do another room, great attention to detail and proud of their end product.
