My home is over 100 years old in Covington, KY. It needed a new roof shingles, new box gutters, and new downspouts. Box gutter skilled workmanship is hard to find. Maksim Roofing did a great job with the new roof, box gutters and downspouts. Completed our project on time, within estimate, and communicated well. I would recommend without question.

Maskim Roofing came out to our house quickly to look at the job and were quick to schedule us. They are extremely professional and we are very pleased with their work. They sent us photos of our roof showing us where the problem was coming from and final photos showing the repairs. Highly recommend!

Thanks Ed and Danny! They replaced my mother's roof last year in Fort Thomas, and installed a new ridge vent in our roof just a few weeks ago in Highland Heights! We already notice a huge difference in the efficiency of our AC unit now that our attic is properly vented. Maksim is easy to communicate and great to work with. Would recommend them to anyone!

Maksim fixed the flashing on my chimney and installed a EPDM roof on the flat portion of my home's roof that was leaking. Edward is incredibly quick with communication, his crew is on time no matter what, their work appears to be top notch, and Maksim in general has been the easiest company to work with since I bought my home.
I highly recommend these guys for any project you may need from them. I already plan on having them refinish my box gutters and will use them for any other work we need in the future.

Maksim roofing was outstanding to work with from the time I requested an inspection through completion and cleaning up after the job. I had a leak near my chimney and after several attempts to caulk it myself I thought it best to call a professional. Maskim was doing work down the street and when asked they unexpectedly agreed to do an inspection… that night. After review they provided a couple of options with their recommendation of removing the chimney and covering it up due to it not being used. We discussed the time frame and they said they could start the next day. I have dealt with

Ed returned my call just a few hours after I called. He went to the house that same day and sent pics of the roof to my husband at work. He and his crew started the roofing job on a Friday and were completely finished by Saturday. They were prompt, polite, did a quality job and a great clean-up. We were completely pleased with our experience in October of 2016. We made one phone call to Danny asking for an estimate and everything was handled from that point forward. All the other phone calls were initiated by Danny giving us details of what was happening next.
