We had an elderly dog that left lots of surprises on the carpet and when she passed we knew we needed a deep clean. It was easy to schedule and Mark got me in within a week. The carpet feels brand new. The softness has come back and all the discoloration from wear and tear is gone. Excellent, affordable service!

I still have areas that have not been touched. There are demarcation lines that show an inch wide strip that never saw cleaner. While it was wet it looked great after drying there are places that needed extra attention. Paid in advance no bill or receipt left.

Mark with Chem-Dry was fantastic to work with! He was able to squeeze me in super last minute (within less than 24 hours on a weekend) so we could get my house on the market right away. He was professional, courteous, and willing and able to work with our short deadline. The whole house was cleaned in a timely manner and the carpets look wonderful. I will definitely be using his services again in the future and will be recommending his business to family and friends.
