We could not be happier with the service we received from Valice Plumbing! They did a quick and thorough job of replacing our water heater and repairing some old pipe work. I sent an inquiry from several plumbing company through Yelp. Believe me when I say you have to weed them out. When the plumber asked. why do you ask about getting a city permit and says you don't need a city permit. So when asked what's your price to replace a water heater the plumber gives you a price with

Mr. Navarro removed a 25 year old barely working gas water heater. He installed a new tankless water heater and updated some pipes to ensure that it worked smoothly. His installation was professional and his pricing was fair. He arrived on time, he was professional, cleaned up behind himself and I am confident that his installation is perfect! Had a house inspector go through the house and they didn't replace the doors on my water heater. The pilot light went out. Valice Plumbing was able to come out on a Sunday and relight it. I had no idea what I was doing. Very nice and helpful in showing me how to light it myself in the future. Very reasonably priced. Would use them again for sure.

Incredible service! Replaced my old water heater with new Tankless water heater. Valentine was honest, extremely fair and very affordable. His experience and knowledge were impressive. We called Valentine re: a clogged sink and overflowing dishwasher. Within 2 hours he was at our home, diagnosing the problem and giving a quote with recommendation. Not only was the cost fair, he was extremely pleasant and fixed the problem (with a warranty) very quickly. We will absolutely save his information for future jobs...without hesitation!

Mr. Navarro came and checked out our clogged toilet. After walking around the house to look for the cause of the problem, he figured out that it was the city sewer. He advised my husband to call the city, as it was a city problem and we would have gotten the issue resolved for free. He was very helpful, we would have never figured out the problem if he didn't point it out. The problem was resolved without hurting our wallets. We appreciate Mr. Navarro's honesty and professional knowledge. I would definitely highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

This rating is strictly based on phone/ estimate experience. I did not end up using this company, so I cannot comment on whether they do good work or not.
First off, super nice on the phone and the gentleman who answered assured me someone would be out to the house in about 30 minutes. The tech showed up in a timely manner and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. The price for parts and a15 minute fix seemed a little pricey, but I get it, things costs a little more in emergency situations. I had another person coming out for a quote and was about to cancel because I just wanted it done.

This place is great! When my home warranty couldn't find anyone after over 24 hours - Valice came to the rescue. They were able to come right away and took care of our problem.
The response was quick (I booked the visit while on hold for the x time with home warranty trying to get them to hire someone who would show up). Nice guy and fair pricing!

My tub was clogged last night and I know absolutely NOTHING about plumbing. I put out a request for a quote to 3 different businesses. One did not respond at all, the other had no time to fit me in. Valentine from Valice Plumbing responded within 5 MINUTES reassuring me that someone would be sent out early this morning.

I requested a quote at 3am because the water from our washing machine along with sewage was suddenly backing up into our bathtub and our toilet was making gurgling noises as well.
Valentine, the owner, responded to my message about 30 mins later and gave my contact info to one of his plumber techs, Carlos. Carlos was able to come out to us right after his 8am appointment. He was able to diagnose the problem as a damaged sewer line most likely caused by the big tree in our backyard. So unfortunately the problem is much, much bigger than we thought

Woke up this morning to a cold shower. Messaged around on yelp for a plumber and Valice got back to me in less than 10 minutes. I made the appointment for the same day. Guillermo came over and was pleasant & very knowledgeable (because I'm a curious person & ask a lot of questions). First time homeowner, so this was new to us. Guillermo did an awesome job!
