Our owner, Ron Mendicino, is a third-generation fashion designer with over 25 years of experience in the fashion industry. He brings his background and knowledge into every home remodel or renovation project. Home Improvements by RMS was established in the year 2000. By way of kitchen remodeling, we rejuvenate homes. We're a remodeling company based in the Phoenix, Arizona Metro area and have been providing kitchen remodeling services to residents for nearly 20 years. Our team will work with you through every step of the process, from kitchen designing to installation and cleanup.

Ron has been amazing to work with. His prices are reasonable, the quality of the work is outstanding. The workers are polite and efficient. The work site is completely clean at the end of the day and end of the project. If you are stuck for ideas, Ron always has great suggestions and he doesn't ignore your calls, he responds to any issue you have. Would never hire anyone else.

We needed some improvements completed on a new home purchase and Ron was so professional and gave us numerous options. Once the decision was made. his team was on it. Cannot say more. In 2009, we purchased a home in Glendale and Ron did a major renovation of the kitchen/dining room/family room including new doors and windows. We were so happy with his work, we had him do several other projects for us over time both in the Glendale home as well as the Scottsdale home we moved to in 2014. His work is high quality, his integrity is above question and his prices are fair and reasonable. Plus he is a nice guy and likes Golden Retrievers. What more could one ask

Ron,who heads RMS, is an experienced and reliable home remodeling contractor. He did extensive work on renovating our kitchen and replacing our floor tile in several rooms. In addition, his painters and electricians were excellent and professional. More importantly, he gave us a fair price for our project and completed all work on time. You can’t go wrong with this company which I am highly recommending.

RMS built our guest house and has remodeled just about every room in the main residence. Ron Mendocino does it all and does it good. More importantly, he is reliable, shows up when scheduled, and he demands the same of the people who work for him. My wife and I do not waste time calling anyone else.

I live in the N. Phoenix area and had a friend refer me to RMS and Ron Medicinio for an extensive remodel to my home ( 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, painting, and wall removal). It was one of the best referrals and phone calls I have ever made! Ron and his crew were excellent and their pride in their work showed. I lived in my home during the remodel and when I came home every evening, the house was tidy and livable. I would highly recommend RMS and Ron for any home remodelling needs you might have; they are simply the BEST!
