You can locate your vehicle identification number in a few different places, both off and on your vehicle itself. If you don't have the documentation mentioned above, you can find the VIN on the actual vehicle itself. The VIN can often be found on the lower-left corner of the dashboard, in front of the steering wheel.

Updating my review based on my second experience. Went here to sell my Grandma's car. They offered us $100.
We provided the Carmax appraisal that we were offered $1,000. All of a sudden Laura's boss had a "meeting" and she would call us with an offer. The call never came. Don't offer that you'll beat Carmax's price if these are the type of unethical tactics you use.

Avoid this place. I bought a Ford Fusion Hybrid 2 months ago in cash from here. The next day we noticed a horrible vibration from the front end. Locals had it at a shop they work with that said everything was ok. Took it to a Firestone and they didn't make it 20 feet without turning around on their test drive and condemned one of the struts. Because we bought the car a few hundred dollars below sticker price we were told the car was as-is from Gary. He doesn't work there anymore as of a week ago. We were told at the two week mark there was a problem with the tittle and they were working
