I did not have the best experience with my time at R.K. I wasn't sure where to go. So the Subaru people took me for my appointment and it was supposed to be at the Chevy side. (They didn't tell me until after they serviced my car.)
I told them I believe I have an antifreeze leak. The woman who was giving me the info on my car after the service said "We didn't find a leak." I said I know there is one. She says "Well these aren't our top technicians." Sounds pretty terrible if you ask me. I got there at 1:15pm and was there until 3pm. Waiting on them to change a license plate light bulb. Overall

Being that I’m back in the 757, I was looking for a great detail shop to take care of my van for a reasonable price. I have to say, The RK Detail team did a phenomenal job with my Van. My wife and I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee a little over a week ago, needless to say but we got suckered. During the test drive and looking over the vehicle, it seemed to be in great condition for its age. There was a dent with rust on the roof that I didn't see but little did I know that would be the smallest of its issues. We also bought it knowing that it needed tires and the back up camera wasn't working, and I figured out why... I would like to give a huge thank you to Jordan in sales, Perry in financing, and Frank in detailing for all the help with purchasing my 2019 corvette. Kris Wilson is a really great Car Sales Consultant. I appreciated him going the extra mile to work with me to help me find my next vehicle(s). COVID-19 has really limited new vehicle availability at dealerships nationwide...so it's very tough trying to purchase or even lease something during this time (frustrating actually). R.K. My husband has been slowly saving up for a vehicle, however we drove by because we seen a vehicle that looked nice. It was also the vehicle he wanted. It took over 4 hrs to buy our car. Then the car quit running a few weeks later. We kept calling and they would never answer our calls so we drove up there and was pushed aside and told we had to make an appointment. How can you make an appointment when they won't call back. So when we get there we spoke to Skylar who is supposed to be the president of the company and he comes in and screams at us and calls us liars. The dealership is so unprofessional and they don't Iike to communicate with anyone but they sure want your money. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Go

Will definitely not be coming back to this dealership for my next vehicle. Took almost 4 hours to purchase my vehicle and I already had financing. Dealership kept paging our Salesman when there was at least 5 people standing around. He was running around and kept forgetting things which delayed the whole process. Submitted a survey and got a reply back from the owner Skylar Bates that he would like to speak to me about my experience. Called him back and left a voicemail. Nothing! Waste of time, just a check in the box. In the end, it wasn't a great experience and will not be coming back.

Left my vehicle with Chevy service for over 2 weeks to repair my AC issue. I get back from vacation and pick up my "Completed" vehicle. 5 minutes up the road I have some mystery smoke/fog billowing out of my air vents. This was concerning, but then my 2018 impala starts overheating rapidly. I called immediately and was asked if I would drive it back to the dealership (Probably to avoid tow costs). ??drive my car that just overheated!?!? That's the last thing you should ever do after a overheat issue. I then waited and hour to get towed in the high heat.

Five stars for Mustapha in used cars sales, who was an outstanding sales person, but negative five stars for the used car management team. I test drove a vehicle that hadn't been priced, but was nearly identical to another vehicle on the lot that had been priced. (i.e. milage, year and package options, but it was in much better physical condition). We waited for forty five minutes for them to come to a price, and they came back with a price that was six thousand dollars more than the identical vehicle that was in better shape. The best part was when they wrote "CONGRATULATIONS"

Update: So it's Wednesday, I was just at RK Chevrolet. I took it back last night because my left front tire deflated. They called this morning said it had a nail in it. They charged me $265 for a new tire. They rotated the new tire from left front to left rear. When I got in my car I immediately drove it back to the service bay because the new tire was reading at 7PSI. I'm thinking that it was another flat but it wasn't. They tried to do the tire sensor relearn but then all 4 tires were reading at bizzaro pressures (7PSI, 80 PSI, 56PSI, 34PSI). So they took it back into the bay and

Went into look at vehicles while it was cold and this salesmen came out ion the cold to talk with me. I thought, ok if he is willing to make the walk while it's cold, I'll talk with him. His name was Perry Dearing. I ended up coming back and buying the truck I wanted from him. He is kinda new at the game and I don't know if I made it easy on him. Everything so far has gone well from my transaction at RK. I highly recommend this place.

Shantelle did an amazing job! Sadly, she is no longer there but I just wanted to comment on how well she did. I brought a truck into trade there an initially the offer was pretty dismal. However after some back and forth we got it to a price that was agreeable. The general manager was pretty cool about the whole thing (of course it is the car biz so you never know). Either way I was happy. I leased a 2019 Silverado and Shantelle made sure the whole process went smoothly. She followed up on all my questions. Review based on visits to parts & service departments for windshield wipers. I've purchased wipers here many times and have always enjoyed great service. There is always a friendly, helpful gentleman in the parts shop to sell me what I need and answer any questions that I may have. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for service. The service staff have always had positive attitudes and were quick to help. I recently had a great experience with two gentlemen in the service department. I had several questions and they answered them all. I was never made to feel like my questions
