Audi contacted us to buy our BMW. They had the VIN number as well as other pertinent information such as mileage, year, etc. We packed up our 2 very young kids to head to the dealership, and upon arrival they decided to drop the price by $2600. Nothing had changed to the car. Tried to tell us it had been in an accident. Never has it been in an accident. Do not waste your time with this dealership, it was an insulting experience and complete waste of time.

When I went to the Audi dealership in Bakersfield, I was only going to look around for a potential purchase in the future. If you want to have a personal and professional car buying experience for an upper end car and you like Audis this is the place for you! She made me feel like I was the only person at the dealership. Juan and Dave were also extremely attentive to my needs.
