The home now boasts a double decker enclosed patio to allow the homeowners to enjoy the outdoors without any pests buzzing around.
The patio is a finished large upper deck for gatherings and parties, and a finished screened patio with "Dry-Below" system that prevents rainwater penetration down below. The large upper and lower decking was built with cypress decking and cedar railing with cedar arbors for a finishing touch. Unfinished attic conversion: We turned a dark, unfinished attic into a new living space that the homeowners love.

We began providing kitchen remodeling and repairs in 1986, and have been independently recognized for Excellence in Kitchen Remodeling in 2012, 2014 and 2015.
This full remodel started with gutting the old master bathroom. We tore down the divider into the closet and created a master walk-in shower with his and her wall niches. The new enclosure included a rain showerhead and handheld wand so no one goes without warm water. This shower also had a privacy knee wall.
After having us remodel her kitchen and foyer, this existing customer contracted our company to complete her third project, a second-floor deck. The deck was built on pier and beam. A standard railing with weatherproofing sealer was used. This project was on a steep incline and required specialty bracing.

Keith was awesome! He provided fees upfront, totally managed my expectations throughout the process. We spoke on Sun, he completed an estimate to replace baseboards in my home on Wed, and completed the work on Thurs morning! Timely,Professional, and neat.
