I highly recommend Higham Construction. Bill and his team did outstanding job on my deck. Bill came out quickly when I first called . Bill had a very detailed estimate with prices of some of the upgrades we talked about that evening. When we agreed to move forward gave me the timeframe and stuck to it. Bill communication was superb every step of the way. Best of all the deck came out beautiful and he had a great warranty!

Higham Construction, was one of the best contractors that we had ever used. They did the the demolition of our old deck and installed a brand new deck at our home. From the initial phone call, to the quoting stage, to the installation, their service and quality was top-notch. Bill was very responsive and quickly to follow up and answer any questions we had during the process of our new deck. I would highly recommend this contractor and I intend to use them for future projects.

Simply the best experience in building our Trex deck. The owner Bill is attentive and honest. He laid out the good, bad, and ugly on any choices we made and was patient as we worked through our decisions. I would say one of the best decisions we ever made was deciding to spend the extra money to build a Trex deck but truly the best decision we ever made was letting this team of carpentry experts build it for us. Small team of attentive, hard working and genuine guys. I cant say enough great things about them all. Looking forward to having them do home renovations for us once the deck building season

Bill and the rest of his crew were a pleasure to work with. We had Bill build a deck and he helped us along every step of the way. During the proposal process, Bill offered valuable insight and helped us make sure that we were getting something that would look great and function for us. He also did a great job coordinating with the City, County, and HOA.
Once on-site, the quality of work was great. The crew was friendly and very professional. Bill kept us informed on timelines and details.
