Alpenglow Cleaning has had commercial cleaning accounts since 2006. Many busy offices utilize our services in the evenings after 5, mornings before 8am or on weekends.
We remove garbage/recycling, wipe desks if they are "tidied", sanitize kitchenettes and bathrooms, restock paper supplies, clean entry/glass throughout, and do a general office cleaning so that your office staff can do what they do best and leave the cleaning to the Alpenglow staff.It has been shown that people who work in a clean and organized environment are actually more productive during the workday.

Our team will bring cleaning supplies. However, if you prefer green products or your home needs specific products (for example: granite, stone, delicate floors, hard-water stain remover, etc.), please provide these for us. You may have most of these products on hand. But just to be sure we have everything needed to ensure we take care of your home perfectly, please check through the list and pick up what may be missing for your first service.

Not accepting new clients. I'm not going to give them a negative review because they never cleaned for me, but I contacted them and was advised to fill out all their paperwork online which I did When I didn't hear back, I contacted them and got a reply that they were busy and that the estimator would contact me. Shortly thereafter I got a email saying they weren't accepting new clients. I understand how difficult it must be to find staff, but it would have been nice to be cut off before I filled everything out and then waited several days for a reply. I lost time in my search.

We were supposed to move in to our new house and found out that the house was TRASHED. I called Jani at Alpenglow Cleaning 12 hours before move in day and she moved mountains and worked miracles.
She was responsive, decisive, and extremely organized. She came and walked the house first thing move in day morning and started to bag up everything even before her cleaning team was supposed to show up.
Her attention to detail and team's thorough cleaning literally left me teary -eyed because they saved the day.

At the end of my ski lease (April 2019), I used Alpenglow Cleaning for the first time and I was very pleased with the results. My WiFi-garage-door-opener and nanny-cam confirmed that Alpenglow's 3-person-crew arrived on-time and billed me for the correct number of hours. (Many cleaning services lie about the number of cleaning-hours, thereby essentially stealing from you.) The number of hours billed was reasonable for the work done. My landlord and I were pleased with the quality of the ski-lease-end cleaning.

Really was hoping for the best, saw a few bad reviews but some really good ones as well. We never got started, said she lives on Donner Lake so i thought great fit. Well we drive an hour and a half to meet her, she then says she cant provide service in the winter because of snow and the road on south shore. Really why on earth would we waste a day driving up here and back for a 30 second meeting when my request was for year round twice per month service.
Her existing customers seem very happy but i didnt appreciate the waste of my time.

Crooks! I just received an invoice for $140 for services rendered months ago which I paid in cash that day upon completion of cleaning. I only needed them for 1 hour and was quoted $40 for 1 hour. They never mentioned it was $40/hour per cleaning person so when they showed up with 3 cleaning ladies, I was completely surprised to pay $140 for 1 hour of light cleaning. I called to complain but it didn't resolve anything. Now, months later, I receive an invoice for something I was already ripped off by paying only for them to rip me off again. Get it together Alpenglow. Maybe all the glowing

I have a home in Tahoe Donner that my friends and family use very often. We also rent it sometimes. Alpenglow has been the best cleaning service I have found so far in Truckee
It is very easy to schedule them, and make extra requests. What I also appreciate is that they will always inform me when I am running out of inventory.
I also have asked them to pick up wine bottles, and a few special things for my guests if it's for special occasions. They charge for it but it has made a huge difference in me able to host with a personal touch.

Called today and got the most sass I have ever experienced from someone trying to sell me something. The entire convo made me feel awkward and off-put. Not a good way to start a business relationship. Needless to say I would never give this company my business.

I've used this company about 5-6 times and 3 have been poor, so I'm writing to explain, as I would want to hear this. My house is on Donner Summit and one of the most important things you have to do before you leave is drain your water during the winter season. Jani's team came over, turned on the water since I was not up, cleaned the house amazingly, but forgot to turn the water back off. I let her know and she apologized profusely. Next time, I scheduled with her I reminded her that the water was left on last time and how important it is that it gets turned off. I was assured

A) Jani and crew do a noticeably better job than prior cleaning services that I've used.
B) She's a true business partner who understands that need for reliability with a vacation rental. She bends over backwards to accommodate every request.
Net: I trust her with my rental business and she's never let me down. Since her crew does a great job, I really couldn't ask for more.

I love Alpenglow's new handyman service! It is so convenient to have someone available for small house projects, not to mention someone you can trust to do a good job!
I recently had her handyman install new lighting, unclog a drain, repair weather stripping and fix a leaky shower door. All the work was done timely and everything came out perfectly. Overall I am very pleased with this new service and highly recommend using her handyman.

I have had relied on Alpenglow to clean our cabin after rentals for almost a year. I have received great feedback from our guests about the cleanliness of our place. Jani has also saved me a couple times (reset our wifi router so I could control the heater remotely, restocked the place, etc.). It's a great company to rely on!

We where given a house cleaning service when the love of my life was diagnosed with cancer. I didn't know how invaluable this service would be. Jani and her crew rocks. They were up to any schedule that worked for us, and did an amazing job when they were here. They also had no problem with our dog. I thought that I cleaned well, but Alpenglow Cleaning steps it up. I use Alpenglow cleaning to clean my office. They do a great job!! The person assigned to clean my office is super sweet and is always willing to do anything extra that I might ask (I just have to leave a note). She is also able to work around projects that I may have left have open & unfinished on my desk. It is so nice to come into a clean office on Monday!!

We so wanted to love Alpenglow and truly tried and tried to convince ourselves it was ok. However, the reality is this company and the job they do are very so-so. We've used them numerous times trying to give the benefit of the doubt However, they aren't that thorough, they miss things completely and repeatedly, and they may or may not arrive on time - you might be waiting a few hours. If you are not that particular, you might be fine with them. Owner talks the talk of being concerned about customer service but doesn't follow through. I guess we will keep looking.

Alpenglow Cleaning came recommended from a neighbor who told me that they do a great job if you're there to supervise them. They do an excellent job cleaning kitchens and a good job cleaning bathrooms. I had to ask several weeks in a row for more thoroughly mopped floors, however, as it appeared that they only spot cleaned. The owner was unfortunately rude in response to my communication with her. Many times I would not receive an invoice for cleanings, but would receive an invoice for them later with a note telling me that they were "STILL due." I was also billed twice for cleanings

We use Alpenglow for our Vacation home in Truckee. We have renters that rent our home on the weekends and also a week at a time. Every time we send an email asking how their stay was, the first reply to our email is, Your home is lovely and so clean! We feel confident that each time a new renter comes to our home it will be very clean.
