I had a really good experience using Chem-Dry for an after tenancy carpet clean. They got back to me quickly after my initial enquiry and sent me a quote before under taking the service.
I had a couple of partially persistent stains which they return to deal with promptly. Will absolutely use again.

I'm really pleased with the service I received from Chem-Dry of Lake Tahoe. I recently purchased a home that was in dire need of carpet cleaning, so I used the "request quote" feature on Yelp. Nora was very personable in her reply, and she left info on how to reach her directly for booking. She was able to get me on the schedule quickly and easily. Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe did a phenomenal job on my carpets and tile shower. They arrived on time and even reached out with a courtesy phone call to let me know they were on their way. My carpets look like the day they were installed after having Chem Dry of Lake Tahoe out to our home. I feel so good knowing the products are safe for babies and pets, I always look for the best green products now that I am a new mom. My interaction with Chem-Dry Tahoe was outstanding. I was in a pinch and needed quick deep cleaning of carpets in four rooms and cleaning hardwood floors.
First, the service is amazing. I spoke to two folks on the phone (one was Nora the owner) and they were both informational and spent time to explain all the different products and ways to solve some of the problems we were having (some odd smells in our new home). Bryan who was our technician was also knowledgeable and friendly. He out did himself on making sure all the areas were cleaned and highlighting any areas that may be particularly hard

Having pets, kids, avid hikers and golfers our carpets were in dire need of cleaning. We walked through our condo with James who recommended specific types of cleaning. We left for a few hours, came back and were ecstatic on how clean everything was. We definitely recommend Chem- Dry and they are now on my calendar for annual cleaning. I highly recommend Chem-Dry, I've worked with many services over the years for my vacation rental business in Truckee, and for the past 2 years I've been working with Chem-Dry exclusively as their service, quality, and professionalism is unmatched. I allow pets in my rental property, and I particularly appreciate their pet treatment, they use a black light to identify and clean each individual problem area. Wow I wish I had taken before and after pictures! I rescued a 3 year old dog and I have almost white carpets. Let's just say it got pretty gnarly pretty quick. These guys were prompt, super nice, fair priced, and got out every stain and all the odor. I started with just my living room but will be having them back to do the entire house. The stoke is high!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I love supporting local and Nora and James are not only the friendliest, easiest people to work with, but they are so knowledgeable and provided the best carpet cleaning I've ever experienced (never thought I'd rave about a carpet cleaning lol). They even offered to go above and beyond and come back months after our initial carpet cleaning to re-clean some stubborn stains that came back. Worth the little extra! We bought our house a little over a year ago with carpets that we fully intended to replace with hardwoods. They had stains that made you extremely curious over what happened in those rooms. Other projects kept us from replacing them, and I could take it no longer...I called Chem-Dry because of their great reviews. I expected Chem-Dry to be able to lighten the carpets but not get out the stain and they even set my expectations as much. I came home yesterday after the cleaning and there are NO STAINS! As usual, James came through for me again. I had him clean one of the bedrooms that had huge amount of pet smell from my older dog. He cleaned it beautifully and there are no more smells! I also had my living room which had gone 2 years since the last cleaning. I had high hopes of hardwood floors so I skipped one year- never again! My traffic spots were awful but James worked his magic. My carpets are beautiful again. I will always recommend Chem-Dry and James. His wife runs the office and she's a sweetheart. Love them!

We hired Chem Dry to clean 3 bedrooms & a hall before moving into our house. The house was vacant and we didn't want to sit watching for 2 hours so we left...trusting that the carpets would be cleaned. We were happily to pay $230 for a professional clean from a local mom & pop company.
