We owned a piece of land in upstate New York and wanted to build a house. We heard many horror stories about unreliable builders that would try to take advantage of 'city people' like us. We were told that we would have to go upstate every week to make sure that the schedule would be respected and that every builder goes over budget.
Our experience with Jason Fortunato and his crew was the opposite of everything we had heard. He stuck to the schedule and the budget, his work was impeccable, and he helped us with the numerous decisions we had to make. We were always able to reach him via email or phone. The distance was never an issue and he guided us through the whole process.
In addition to being a very conscientious builder, Jason is a fantastic and understanding person. We have a long history with the Fortunato family. Jason's Grandfather built our home and both of our parents' homes. Recently, we had Fortunato Construction do a complete remodel of both our Kitchen and Main Bathroom, as well as a Sun Room that we enjoy everyday.
