I gave over 6 years to this company. TSC started me at $8.00 an hour climbing towers everyday. I moved from tower climber through the chains to foreman then to CM. Family oriented and the traveling was fun at the time. Until the day the owners asked us to stay on the road for over a month at a time and then come home for two days. During the two… days off we would get our laundry done and pack our bags and get ready to head back out for another 5-6 weeks. I was fired on Christmas Eve for not wanting to work on Christmas Day. I even went and put in vacation time for the holidays and was approved
